- informing the dispatcher of the progress and results of loading, transportation and unloading;
- cleaning and checking the cleanliness of the vehicle and equipment prior to loading;
- Maintaining records of transportation, cargo, and transportation area cleaning procedures;
- ensuring the integrity and quality of the cargo during transportation;
- adhering to internal policies, guidelines and procedures;
- rejecting part or all of the shipment when damage to packaging or pallets is detected.
